EL2911
EL2911 | Potential supply terminal, TwinSAFE, 24 V DC, 10 A, 4 safe inputs, 1 safe output, TwinSAFE Logic
The EL2911 Safety EtherCAT Terminal is a potential power supply terminal and enables the setup of TwinSAFE groups with safe power supply (24 V DC, up to 10 A). If the TwinSAFE Terminal detects a fault, it switches to safe state (fail safe). Safe potential groups can be created within a terminal strand using the EL2911. In addition, the terminal provides 4 fail-safe inputs and integrates a programmable TwinSAFE Logic, enabling the implementation of safety applications directly in the terminal. Depending on the application, the safety-oriented information can be pre-processed directly in the terminal so that the central TwinSAFE Logic need only process the information that is aggregated there.
